Our customers have included six national governments, three Canadian provinces, and other public and private sector organizations ranging in scale from some of the world’s largest companies to local non-profit groups, across a wide variety of sectors.
Tundra assists both individuals and organizations navigate their exposure to risk organizational risks, particularly in relation to working in emerging and frontier market situations. These services includes due diligence services on project business cases, political risk analysis, safety and security assessments, and travel security information and advice. Our travel security advice is part of a suite of services focused on travel and remote worker safety including awareness training and assistance with contingency planning.
Tundra provides training for public and private sector organizations, non-profits and operating both in Canada and internationally.
Across the Group of companies we offer a broad range of training experiences and subject matter that includes technical safety training, defence and tactical tactical training, safety awareness and HEAT courses for travel, leadership development and skills for remote, austere and emergency situations; including options and management and strategic management levels.
One of our specialities is media safety training and Tundra is an approved training provider for the Canadian Journalism Forum on Violence and Trauma.
Tundra Rescue, a division of Tundra Group, is an industrial safety, maintenance and training company primarily specializing in Rope Access services, confined space safety and associated technical trades and training.
Our customers include organizations working in the energy, chemical engineering, manufacturing, construction, leisure and defence industries among many others; and range in size from small, local businesses to some of Canada’s largest companies.
Mission support is about helping organizations meet their goals through the provision of skilled and experienced personnel, comprehensive training packages and operational and logistical assistance.
We have provided full life support systems for remote camps to include all of the planning, air and ground transportation, logistics and security infrastructure to ensure mission success even in the most austere environments. Our clients have come from sectors including telecom, oil and gas, media and government and development.
Tundra provides a full range of crisis and emergency management services, including the complete development of Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans (CEMP), Risk Assessments, streamlined reviews of procedural annexes and full-scale multi-venue exercises.
Tundra can also offer assistance in responding to an emergency or crisis by providing advisory services and the provision of specialized response teams coordinated through strategically located operations centres.
